RESPONSIBILITIES OF HIRER
Report breakages and pay for damages.
Clean and reinstate the venue, or additional cleaning charges will apply.
Remove all decorations, rubbish, and recycling from the premises. Disposal charges apply for items left behind.
Bring and remove tea towels/dishcloths.
No alcohol, drugs, or smoking inside.
No e-cigarettes, smoke machines, dry ice, or candles (birthday candles allowed under supervision).
Charges for fire service callouts due to false alarms will be passed on to the hirer

CHARGES
General hire fees: This includes administration, use of the venue, coffee machines, hot water urn, basic crockery (cups, plates, dishes), cutlery, utensils, consumables, cleaning products, toilet paper, hand paper towels, soap, firewood, and electricity.
Fees are subject to change and may vary based on individual event requirements.
All rates are GST exclusive.
USAGE, BOND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Bond: Fully refundable if the venue is left clean, undamaged, and all items are removed, and furniture is reinstated.
Cancellation Fee: $60.00 for cancellations after signed Terms and Conditions are submitted.
Church Priority: Church functions, Lighthouse services & meetings have priority use of the church building over all outside events.
Lighthouse attendees and registered charities receive 30% discount.
